I wanted to pass on my recommendation for Blueagle Carpet Cleaning. I have used several different cleaners over the years and several different methods as well. Blueagle has, far and away, been the best experience I have had. I prefer to work with local companies, but have had challenges with some other businesses that are owned or operated locally. I called Blueagle on Monday and made an appointment for Thursday. They were on time (a rarity in and of itself!). The guys who arrived were so pleasant and efficient; I hardly knew they were there. I was able to continue working in my home office through the entire process but, most importantly, my carpets look and feel great- almost looking new!

We are always very pleased with the results we get when we have Blueagle clean our carpet. Your company was referred to me by a friend of mine that has lived in the area for a long time. I decided to try it because I was tired of the sticky feeling that was left on my carpet when a traditional carpet cleaning company would come out. The results are great and I recommend your company to everyone.In addition I am extremely impressed with the gentlemen that you send out to clean our carpet. It’s the same 2 guys every time. I am part of an industry that is heavy into customer service and many times now, when I go somewhere or need something done; I am disappointed by the service out there. The guys you have doing your carpet cleaning have great customer service. They always seem to be happy and positive about their jobs… and I’m sure that what they do is not the easiest thing out there. They are always on time or early, they are in and out quickly, and they always act professional and friendly. They are a great asset to your team. I am very impressed with your company and my family and I wish you much success. We will call you in another 6-9 months for our next cleaning and every cleaning after that.
